I made the reservation today for our July 07 lunch. It's at LaCastile Steak House on Dundas St. W. in Mississauga. Some of the members have said it's really nice there and the food is excellent. As I am on a diet I shouldn't be so concerned with food. Some day I'll learn. My Nutrition Consultant told me that dieting, exeercise, and losing weight is all up to me. There's the problem right there. However, I have set a weight goal for when I next visit my family doctor on July 23....get off 8 lbs. between now and then.
