We are going to the matinee tomorow.  We had planned to see Time Traveler's Wife but it's no longer playing.  One of our sisters is celebrating her birthday so I let her pick the new movie and where to eat.  We are going to do this in everyone's birthday month, allow them to decide on the choices.  She chose Tyler Perry's "I Can Do Bad By Myself", which was great for me because I am a big fan of his. 

Last Month we went the Sips' N Strokes and painted a picture of a beautiful angel, all different based on our personalities but all beautiful.   I decorated wine glasses with each hatters initials and a loop of perals on the bottom of the glass.  We had a blast.

We even had a new sister join us and she is already trying to bring friend in with her. 

I'm so looking forward to hanging out with my girls!!

Hello Fellow Queens,

I am happy to say we had our 3rd gathering and only one hatter was not able to come.  But she's still a dedicated hatter just had to miss that one due to family responsibilities. 

One of our hatters brought her teenager along because she'd had therapy right before our tour and mom thought since we were going to be doing a bit of walking going from shop to shop that the excercise would do her good.  The daughter just moved back in with her from dad's so it's been a rough road with health issues. 

We had a great time, of course, and a wonderfully declicious lunch.  We went to all the handmade shops on a small street here in town.  There were so many things we loved and plan to go back to get but we bought very little while we were touring.  I think we were all a little weary with the economy the way it is. 

But we found lots of things we loved and didn't know was available here in town.  So now we know where to go. 

We will probaly skip December, as that is such a busy month.  But I left it up to them to decide. 

I want to make little christmas goody bags for them to show how much I love and appreciate them for coming out and looking forward to coming out each month.  I found rhinestone pins in each of their titles except the Dutchess.  So i'm rethinking that idea, good thing I didn't have my credit card handy when I saw the others or I would have been very upset to discover they did not have that one.
