    My news

    Friday, August 15, 2008, 09:38 PM [General]

    Hi everyone,

Sorry I haven't posted for a while. Thought I'd take a few minutes to up date. So much is going on.

I'm a member of 5 groups now! Many of us belong to one main large group and have branched out and joined smaller groups also to enjoy alittle more social intimatecy. At least 9 of us belong to the 5 groups I'm apart of. So my calendar is staying full.

As for my little shop, it's going well. I spend as much time there as I can. (it's also where I design Red Hat stuff which takes my mind off the icky things of life)  Since I can't make as much for ladies anymore, I've started helping ladies find that creativity bug they didn't know they had or never got a chance to cultivate.

The chapter I just started has 8 ladies who are totally new to RED HAT SOCIETY. Some don't even have a hat yet but I'm fixing that. Our first meeting will be make a new hat out of old I have everything they need including the old hats. I expect we will have a plast making hats!

    Thanks for listening,

    Kimberly

    Hi everyone,

Please don't think I'm ignoring you. I'm opening a Red Hat shop of new, vintage, and crafted items along with selling craft items for dressing up anything you want. It is for anyone who wants to visit. I decided to open it because here in Kingman, AZ Red Hat stuff is hard to come by unless you by from on line or at a Red Hat event. Alot of our women don't use computers and some don't travel far from home. Thanks for listening.

I'm not sure when I'll be cruising through Kingman, but I'll be sure to let you know. It's likely to be late August or in September. So much depends on my dad.

I am very excited to have someone join my Red Hat Special Mamas group at long last. I had begun to think that no one with special needs children or grandchildren had the time or inclination to come to the Queen Mother Board 2. I'll be pretty busy over the next couple of days, but I'll post something in the Special Mamas Forum about my sons as soon as I can. I probably already have a writeup somewhere, since I've done a number of different versions for a variety of purposes.
