    About Me I have been married to my DH for 40 years and joined the Red Hat Society in 2005. I am retired and volunteer at the hospital one day a week. I am busy at home with my DH and my pets.
    Interests Gardening, Music (I jam weekly at our local community centre with about 25-30 like-minded people), the computer ( to check up on what other Red Hatters are doing)
    Hobbies Crafting (making cards), reading, gardening, Red Hatting, playing guitar, traveling
    Music I love country music and tunes from the 60's.
    Movies Comedies and Chick Flicks! I enjoy movies based on real life situations as well.
    TV I like HGTV and TLC shows and Grey's Anatomy, the Law and Order series and the CSI series. I also like to watch some reality shows. I have certain ones I watch.
    Books I read Fern Michaels and Nora Roberts, when I have time, that is. I enjoy an entertaining read. I'm not into heavy issues or books that scare me. I read for pleasure.

    A new photo added!

    I have added a new photo of the Ruby Reds of East Dover to my Hub.  We had a fabulous Hallowe'en Dinner at the home of one of our members, Countess Crafty.  She definitely lives up to her name.  Her table was decorated perfectly for a hallowe'en dinner and she also had her DH and the DH of another member do the cooking and serving.  What a wonderful time we all had!

    Hi everyone,

    I visit the QMB often but don't post much.  I like to see what everyone else is up to and I will forward greetings or get well cards to those who have asked.

    I'm looking forward to hearing from you.  I am the Queen of the Ruby Reds of East Dover in Nova Scotia, Canada.  We will soon be celebrating our third anniversary and have been enjoying the activities that we've planned or taken part in those others have planned very much and we are looking forward to another great year in this wonderful society.  What a great way to meet people and to share ourselves with others.
