I just got back from taking my granddaughter to school. I have lot of house work to do before I meet my husband for lunch. He's retired but works one day a week.

I had a bad day yesterday one of my best friends dropped out of my chapter. Her mom and dad are in poor health and she doesn't have time right now to be a Red Hatter. I think she could have waited until after tomorrow, which is our Christmas Party. The day she wanted to have the party. I just think with all the planning and work I did she could have made this party. Then I think I wouldn't have been so upset.

I know it's hard taking care of your parents. Been there done that and it's not easy.
