REMINDER:
All upcoming RHS chapter activities need to be posted to the RHS Online Event Calendar --- FIRST --- before announcing in the HQ Board "Posted Calendar Events" forum. Please submit activities a minimum of 21 days ahead of the event to allow time for invitations and RSVPs.

An "event or activity" is defined as any time RHS members get together to play. This includes Queen's Roundtables, Queen's Councils, mini-onventions, HOOTs, QMBer gatherings and get-togethers, play days, going to the theatre or the fair, etc., etc., etc. If you want to share info or an idea for an activity, post it to the Calendar as a HOOT.
