About Me I started as a Red Hat Lady about 4 years ago in Newport News, VA. I moved to Columbia, SC in November, 2005. I became a member of the Let's Go Girls Chapter. Not too long after moving into my garden home. a couple of lady residents discovered that I was a Red Hat Lady. They were interested in forming a chapter. These ladies approached me and asked me if I would form a chapter for ladies in the community and surrounding areas. I told them that I was honored and would happily form a chapter, which is now the Southern Quails.
