Well here it is the one and only picture of all 30 members of the Red Hat Harley Honeys.  This was our 5 year anniversary luncheon and it is the ONLY time all 30 of us have been able to get together.  The only person that is missing our #31 member Queen Weed Whacker, she passed away last summer after a hard fought, although brief, battle with cancer.

  Well, on Saturday, April 4th the Red Hat Harley Honeys will be celebrating 5 years as a RHS Chapter.  In those 5 years we have had some ladies drop out, some ladies join, we've lost one of our founding sisters and we recently lost a DH of one of our founding sisters.  We've been through the joys of a new grandchild's birth and the devistation of a cancer diagnosis.

The most amazing thing is that through all the ups, downs, ins and outs we have only grown stronger, closer and more committed as friends and sisters.  I cannot put into words how much these women mean to me, they encourage me when I have self doubts, they laugh with me when life takes a funny turn and they cry with me, and for me, when life hits a snag.  The founding members of our chapter have been my friends for 15 years and I cannot imagine my life without them.

I am proud to be called their Queen Mother, and value each and every member of this chapter as the sister she truly is.

HOORAY, spring has finally sprung....  I can't wait for the warmer weather and the sunshine and the open road and new spring hats!!

Well, it's that time of year again when I start talking with an Irish brogue and wearing every piece of green clothing I can find in my closet.  My DH is so Irish sometimes I think he's a really tall Leprechaun.  It's his favorite holiday and he celebrates it to the best of his Irish ability....

So Top of the Mornin' and Erin go Braugh to all my RH sisters....

May the road rise to meet you, may the sun shine warm upon your face, and may you be in heaven 30 minutes before the devil knows you're dead...
