I received an alarming email from a friend this morning that had this very ball and threw it away upon reading it.

The ball has only one hole and no second air hole, so it creates a vacuum when the dog bites down on it, and the woman sent a photo of her dog, his tongue was caught in the ball and was swollen and damaged.  Please check all your dogs balls to make sure they have 2 holes in them so this does not happen, you can always drill a hole in the opposite end to prevent this tragedy.
