After all the build up of the movie, I was disappointed too. Glad to know that I am not the only one.......However, because it didn't come to our city, I ordered it and our group is having a movie nite in Oct. on a big screen tv so we'll see what the other gals think. Hope you get your wish to take off in a Bonnie. Me, I would like to have my 1972 Nova SS back. That car could go!

Hey sounds like fun. I would like to have a souped up 1966 Chevelle. A 4 Soeed on the floor. I'd light up the tires and let it Rip. Maybe a convertible if possible. Now a days that dream car is worth 50,000 or more.

You are not going to believe this. Last night at the car show in Mt. Clemens there was a 1966 Convertible Bonneville. It was flawless and beautiful. The color was black with a white interior. The top was down and it was a beauty. That owner was so proud. I thought of you in it(laughs). It was Not 4-Sale :(

Here's the sad part to my Nova SS. We sold it to start a home beauty shop years ago and of course lost track of it. (We special ordered it way back then.) Amazingly enough when we went to a local car show a few years back I rounded a corner and this '72 Nova SS winked at me. You guessed it, it was our old car all spiffed up but after we checked it out from stem to stern there were tell tale signs that it was ours. We were so excited and glad to see it restored to it's former glory. Husband has a '71 under wraps in the back yard and is planning on restoring it next year when he retires.
