Hi everyone, 

Everyone is always talking about following your heart or listening to what your heart or what your head says.  What is the difference?  How do you know what your heart is saying vs what your head is saying?  How does this work?  I feel so confused between the two.  Can anyone shed some light on my answer to help clear it up for me?  I'd greatly apprecaite it any remarks or any clarification if anyone can do that for me.
