Wishing a great week to all of you Ladies. I have not been on in a while but I hope most of you still remain.During these uncertain times we all must be on edge a little. Some of us are retired but from all the news out there ,we are certainly going thru a deep recession. Jobs are being lost,homes are being forclosed on,but we still need to congregate together to get us thru. I am sending prayers up for each one of us that we will remain on line and can share the good and bad times.during tough times.sometimes all we need is a friend who understands and can communicate with us.Best of luck and my Love to each of you.Lydia

Hello out there in Red Hat Land. Today is so wonderful in Jacksonville. We just went thru a cold spat and today was almost like spring.I am getting ready for Christmas and naturally thought of my Red Hat Friends. I hope each of you have a great ending to this year. If you believe in God just say a great thanks. If you don't.

We had a wonderful time at the Queens Luncheon. My Queen and I went on Friday to stay over night and joined the PJ party in the Hotel Suite.there were quite a few of us that came the day before the Luncheon. Photos are on line now.The food at the Luncheon on Saturday was very good.everyone seemed to have a great time. just imagine 100-200 red hats floating around in a conference room.some were absolutely decked out. others were a little more demure.I am so excited about next year and the Big Event in Jacksonville FL.

I have been trying to download some red hat stuff and I was finally  able to get something to come over to my site.hope it's ok with the owner.

We had our 1st outing of our new chapter on Wednesday. we had 6 ladies present. we had lunch @ Hams Restaurant. The food was good and one of the ladies brought a cake for us to celebrate the birthday of 3 of our ladies.Looks like we have gotten off to a good start.Check out our Photoes. Hi Ladies

I have moved my membership to a new chapter.my Queen and I have started a chapter of our own in the Jacksonville area.with fuel prices as they are.it has become increasingly difficult to continue driving 50 miles to attend events with our previous chapter.we will miss the ladies that were our buddies but I am sure that we will meet a new and great group of ladies in our home town.our group has only been in existance for a few days but we have 5 members already. look for some new photos.
