I feel like a very rich woman in the last few days!  As fate would have it, I found myself in Wichita Falls at the QMB Reunion "A Time For Us" and birthday celebration for our esteemed Queen Gotrocks.  I knew some of the QMB regulars, mostly the Texas ladies, and looked forward in eager anticipation to getting to know some of the others I've grown fond of over the years on the board.

It was impossible to imagine how charged that event would be!  With each new wave of registrants at the hotel, came a new chance to recognize a sister, to hug her neck and to begin a friendship that will surely last a lifetime!  Some of you I've considered "legends" that I've had the highest regard for, and now you're real!  Each one of you leapt off the pages of the QMB and into my heart!  I'll die cherishing each moment with each of you.

So many thanks to Pat Hickok (SinCity Pat) for pulling the details and us together.  She had a team of helpers who only added to the perfection.  And so many thanks to our Queen Gotrocks just for being who she is!  She is an original beauty, with a heart and soul refined by Almighty God Himself.  His love shines through her eyes, her words, and her touch.  As she held my hand as we chatted, I knew I was being touched by God's special Angel.
