It's been a long time since I've posted on here. Too much going on in my life. I'm lucky if I get to post on the QMB.

I'm looking forward to all the pics of everyone's travels.

THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE RED HATTED PRAYERS WARRIORS WHO PRAYED FOR OUR SWEET GIRL. The judge was very happy that the courtroom was full of family. He also saw the leis my brother sent from O'ahu. I will post it on the QMB as soon as we can get back on.

Molly got the contract for South Korea and decided not to do it. My mother is on chemo and if Molly had to come home early, she would have to pay for her flight home. It would be a month's pay to fly home!! She will be going back on a ship for Princess. She will be sailing the west coast. She will do Alaska and then the Mexican Riviera. It is a 5 month contract. She will make it to Alaska, finally. What happened to the website? I tried to go on to get to the QMB and it is different. Hugs, Matildaruu

Molly has now seen 47 of our beautiful states. She is leaving on Tuesday night to fly to Ft. Lauderdale. There she will board another Princess ship to teach computers to the passengers. Se will sail the Panama Canal from Ft Lauderdale to Los Angeles. She will be home the first part of December. She will be with me for the holidays. She leaves the second week of January to go visit my brother and his family. She will fly to Seoul, South Korea around Valentine's Day. She will be in training there for two weeks. She will meet her class of 7 year olds the first week in March.

She will get 30 days of paid vacation plus 18 "floating" holidays. She will be making about $1400  month plus apartment rent, medical and dental. She only pays for her food and excursions. They even pay for her flight!! 

 I am so excited for her. She will see most of that area in the year she is there. She is hoping to teach English in Italy for the 2009-2010 school year. My mother bought her the first level of the Roseta Stone Italian Language series. She has been working hard to learn it. She has cousins and an aunt who speak it, so she wil be able to practice.

Pray that she stays safe through all of her adventures. Oh the tales she will tell!!! She has her own blog and I hope she will be able to publish it.

Molly sent an email yesterday that she has been to the former city of Leningrad and is currently in the Keil (sp?) Canal. Everything is going very well and she is loving every minute of it. I am looking forward to the blog she will send us, when she can. Happy Saturday, Christine

I am so proud of my daughter, Molly. She has been fufilling her dreams. She has been on a road trip since the middle of February. She has been to 35 states, so far. When she gets home on May 15, she will have been to 40.  While visiting a high school friend in Florida, she applied for a computer teaching job with Princess Cruise lines. She will leave on June 21st on a flight to Stockholm. She will be on a cruise from Stockholm to Rome. She will be on the Royal Princess for 3 sailings teaching passengers computer programs. When she finishes that, she will either be on the Barcelona to Venice sailings or on a ship in the Caribbean. She has also finished writing her book, working title is "The Life of Death".

Happy Mother's Day to all of the mommies! Remember, you are a mommy if you have an impact on a child's life in any way.

I have been reading some good books lately. I just finished "The Eyre Affair" by Jasper Fforde. "Prepared for Rage by Dana Stabenow. I am reading "Nickel and Dimed" by Barbara Ehrenreich. I also have "Pomegranate Soup" by Marsha Mehran. What is everyone else reading?

How do I join a group if someone hasn't invited me? I just got a broadcast for a new group, but she didn't give an invitation. I have so many questions!

I am in my new place. I can go to bed,  cook and do laundry.  I think I am doing well for being there for one day. I have to find another job. I want to stay in this place with no roommate. I have so much room. Happy Valentine's Day!

I have been trying to move since the end of January. Everyday, there is something new to deal with. I will be moving. I am back to work as of Friday. No students until Tuesday. I was happy to see that my classroom was mostly still together. I don't mind people using it, just hate when they leave it a mess. I end up having to clean up after them.
