CR, please help me. I'm unable to see the "I'm ready" link after I sign in. I can only access qmb2.com link and cannot send messages anymore. Nor can anyone send me messages by accessing my site.

CR, I deleted cookies and logged back in and IT WORKED!!!! No one needs to call. Thanks so much!

CR, I sure didn't select that pic. If you can change it, I want my head shot on the profile. I can't change it now either unless it changes overnight. I went to change profile photo and selected the one I want. It said it was updated but didn't change. Thanks!

CR, You probably think I am nuts. The pic I was looking at earlier when I thought it was resolved was the one on QMB. I got mixed up. What are tags? Thanks! Shelley

Thanks, CR, it resolved itself and is now the correct pic.

I select the correct photo from my gallery and it brings the correct pic up and says Update. I select the Update button but it doesn't change.

I have tried that many times but it just won't work. I thought if I deleted the one that is there I could select the correct one.

CR, I put the wrong pic in my profile by mistake but can't change it. When I go to my gallery the one that is showing as my Profile Photo isn't even there. I tried putting another address in there for the right pic but it just ignores it. Can you help?
