A few of you have asked how the pie auction went for the Elks, well we did great we made over 3, 000 after the matching donation. My rum balls brought in 75.00, and wow what a battle over them, guess next time I will have to make more. My next big project is a cake for the Garden club Christmas party, think I will make a Christmas wreath. I love to bake. Love and Hugs Kim.

Hi Kim, What a testament to your baking skills. Your reputation must have preceeded you. We used to have a lady in our church who made the best soft peanut brittle and it was usually gone long before the bazaar ever opened. Unfortunately she took the recipe to the grave with her.
