I have a group of ten that are the same way. We have a really good time doing the simple things.
The chuckles and friendship is there and that is what counts. It looked like you had a good group planning all the events.
    Cheers.

And for me, the ones from the dollar store, the thrift store, or the one that's lovingly hand made, are the best. I have a battered witch's hat that came from a dollar store in 2003 along with a spool of black cat ribbon and can of red paint. The paint went on, the ribbon was festooned and a few jewels were found in the button box. Voila! Halloween. That battered hat has generated more smiles than any other in my collection and I wear it proudly every year.

p.s. I love the one you are wearing in your photo. Fun and games...yet utterly Queenly.

Why do you have to live so far away? We (The Zooper Zanies) could have so much fun together. Keep blogging your good times.

    Top o’ the morning wishes.

A friendly tip of the hat.

A sprig of shamrocks for good luck.

A tune on a wee tin whistle.

    A tug on the heartstrings.

A spot of tea to warm you inside-out.

    A song in your heart.....

....and a smile to share with those you love.

    Hugs,

    SLP
