In answering a note on my blog, I helped start the "Red & Pink Hat - Crafty Crafter with the owner, of a Ceramic Store, and a good friend.
They wanted to join, and as I was already a member, offered to help. No one wanted to be Queen right off, so I said " I would take it for one year, to help get it off the ground.
Never did I dream it would grow so fast, and that we would have so much fun!
This has been a very fast year, and I am so pleased to see so many. What a Year I, and the "Red & Pink Hat Crafty Crafter" have had.
At our June "Get Together" a New Queen will be installed, and believe me the fun is just beginning.

After spending 5 weeks sick in bed, I am now starting to get back on my feet. I sure hope I do not go through this again. Please watch out for that Nasty Flu Bug.
I missed 2 meeting of the "Crafty Crafters", and knew that they could move on without me. They met, and now have grown to over 20 Ladies. I am so proud of them, and they all are very special Ladies.
It won't be long before I will be giving up my "Title" and watching from the "Sidelines". It has been a GREAT Experience, helping this Group, start, and seeing it grow.
Keep up the Good Work Ladies.
In June a new Queen will be Crowned at a Cookout in Lady J's back yard. With all members, and the planning of another year.

Dearest Red Hat Friends:
The Red/Pink Hat Crafty Crafters have had a busy several months, we have been meeting at our usual place " Creative Corner" on 86th and Pearl Street in Thornton, Colorado.
Each month as brought us several new members, and we now total over 15 members. Thank you Red Hater's, never have we met so many nice people, and we have been sharing our "talents".
We have done Bird houses, Dream catchers, and many, many other different projects. We have quite a few talanted and gifted people in out little group.
On December 11, we held out 1st Christmas "Pot Luck", and what a party it was.
We had over 15 members, and eat, and laughed and exchanged gifts. Seeing that we are only a few months old, things are moving along quite well.
In July Lady J was crowned Queen, in a large back yard "Pot Luck". The weather was perfect, and everything went very well. Lady J, requested that she only serve as Queen for 1 year, as she feels that everyone should be given the change to be a Queen. This was passed, and her position will be replaced with with a new Queen, in July 2012.
We started out with only 5 members, and have really grown, and are stillgrowing. If interested contact Lady J - (at BGin176327@AOL.COM)

My Red Hat Friends;
I know its been awhile since I have up dated out Grooup - The Red Pink Hat Crafty Crafters, but somewhere I missed most of the Summer.
We had a Big "Get together" on June, and again in July where I was "Crowned" Queen for our group. This was the day before I was to have my second catract surgery. Things have been touch and go since, but things are getting better.
We started out with 5 members, and now have over 15. How very proud we are, we have been learning new crafts, each member helping out by hosting a month. We have made birdhouses, dreamcatcher, just to name a few of our projects.
We have visited some Seniors, and helped them do a craft. These are just a few of the things we have done over the last few months.
We have just visited, and had fun most of the summer, and had our Christmas Party last Sunday (Dec 11). It was celebarated with a "Pot Luck", and had everything you could think of, plus a cookie excange.
A Gift exchange was held too, and we all had a great time.
Our next "Get Together" will be January 13, 2012 @ 1:00 p.m.
