I have been an official Red Hatter for six years and have loved every minute of it. The "Bradenton Babes" chapter was formed when six co-workers decided to investigate the Red Hat website and decided this was just up our Red Hat alley. We had no idea what Red Hatters do, but we were determined to find out. Our chapter has grown to 22 gals and some have retired and relocated and new gals have been added.
Since the "Babes" were started, I was instrumental in getting family members in other states interested and they have formed a chapter in Illinois (Red Hat Momma's from the River Bend). When we meet during the summer we never fail to pack our Red Hats and have some Red Hat family fun.
I look forward to at least semi-retirement and having more time for Red Hat hilarity.
I don't log onto the board every day, but feel free to write comments and I'll respond as often as I can. Also, feel free to send me a message via the site's messaging email system.
