About Me A retired elementary school teacher of 32 years in NY and CA. Now Co-owner of a soy candle / quilt business here at home with my husband. We have total of 8 children from our first marriages and 6 grandchildren. We are blessed.

Interests I love sewing, quilting, stenciling, gardening, reading, visiting family and friends.And mos of all redhatting with my 49 wondeful ladies.

Hobbies quilting, sewing, reading, meeting other red hatters along the way

Music give me that good old rock and roll, especially motown, my favorite. like all except hard rock or rap.

Movies any except horror, or brutality. have been seeing some from cannes film festivals, films of books our book club reads, etc. love comedies and romantic involved ones too.

TV csi, law and order, comedies, ellen, martha, hgtv is my addiction as well.

Books some best sellere, james patterson ( a friend of mine from high school here in Newburgh), ones our club promotes ( i.e. Eat, Pray, Love; Power of One, P.S.I LOve you, The Kite Runner)

Likes Anything RED or PURPKE. I love country or primitive style in my home.Love the ocean and camping too.

Dislikes Ugly minded people. Downers. Angry people. Of course this is not anyone in my Red Hat experience, thank god.
