well yesterday I had my first session at Curves--wish me well! on days I don't go I will try to walk--awfully cold today--we are now in Ky for 6 weeks--I miss Fla!!!

Well-I haven't blogged in an age--like to start anew on 12/31--cleaned up my groups and will try to check them out on a regular basis--We are spending more time in Fla and I do enjoy it--so much more relaxing--Looking forward to the New Year and a new president and hopefully some positive changes --also planning to join Curves and start walking--my employer has started a new program with Virgin--with incentives foe getting fit--actually you get a pedometer that you plug into your laptop--and you can win rewards for meeting goals-

I am sort of sad because none of the ladies in the HRZ,s want to pay $20 for membership--I suppose it reflects on me--but I just can't get them to care--when renewal time comes--I will be a chapter of one--Countess Carola's Traveling Tea Party--will try to do some tea tramping--

We had a quiet Christmas--Andy and the grands went to Fla--they came back Monday and we opened presents with them--I think they enjoyed them--I got Kaila a great book from B&N--A girl's book--she was thrilled it has chapters from many books-like Little Women, A Secret Garden--plus poems, recipes etc--
