Re: Where are you?

Hi Isadora,Some five or six years ago, when visiting friends from St Louis, we visited St Charles (hope I'm talking about the same place). A pretty crafting centre and I bought such a lot to bring home to England.Queen JuneroseFen Fatales of Holbeach, UK

Saint Charles is a city & you probably visited the historical area of the city.
I live in an unincorporated area of Saint Charles County.
My mailing address is Saint Charles, Missouri 63303.

Re: Where are you?

I live in a small town named Big Spring, Mo now don't get it confused with the Van Buren area where the Big Springs are. I am in middle of state where I-70 and Hwy 19 cross, about 7 miles south of I-70. The only town you might reconize is Hermann, known for its Gernann heritage, festivals, antiques, etc. I live in a rural area.

Re: Where are you?

I would like to invite all Missouri "supporting members" to a Red Hatters Day in Hermann, Mo on Oct 1, 2009. A small local theatre does an annual "Wine Country Follies" with local talent, this year's theme is the 50's. Cost is $10.00.The Theatre seats 250  that is max attendees. They are wanting to fill it with just Red Hatters. The Theatre is working with my chapter in doing this; For more information   check the "Event Calendar on QMB or my site on this board. The website for theatre is www.hermannshowboatcommunitytheatre.com and for the town is www.hermannmo.comWhere is Hermann, Mo about the middle of state Hwy 19 and 100 south side of Mo. river. Lots of antiques shops, several wineries, B&B's.A beautiful new bridge over the Mo River opend last year and is great.
