A few years ago I discovered a great red and purple flower. It is called Bat-face Cuphea. Google it and you will see how beautiful it is.
The bush grows about 2 feet tall and 2 feet wide, so plant them accordingly.

The bush grows about 2 feet tall and 2 feet wide, so plant them accordingly.
In another spot I did plant ornamental kale; the green and also the white variety. They usually become huge and stunning.
Other than this, I didn't do anything special for winter.
