About Me I am 57 years old and just sold my flower and gift shop after 30 years of business. Although at first I was very emotional because I loved what I did and met the most wonderful people on this journey. I now have no regrets because it has given me a time in my life where I can enjoy my family and friends without rushing all the time and being so very busy. I would do red hat workshops and demonstrations on how to decorate and embellish hats and accessories and making jewellery and this is what I would like to do now that I do not have the flower shop. I loved hosting many events that would have 260 red hat ladies dancing their little hearts out and will continue to do many red hat events.

Interests I love to dance,
I love to do crafts, make jewellery, decorate hats, making ornaments for all occasions, decorating homes and offices and churches with beautiful decorations and accessories. I have been involved in decorating and making homes,offices,churches in spendid accessories. I was a wedding specialist and created one of a kind head pieces and accessories. I love to go to the show and theatre.

Most of all I love to Laugh and this has gotten me through some really tough times.

Hobbies Making Jewellery.
Doing Floral Arrangments for all occasions in fresh and silk. Decorating homes for my friends.Reading and I love to dance.

Music Love Love Elvis. I really love all types of music but especially the wonderful songs by Elvis,Dean Martin,Paul Anka, and the many wonderful singers of that era

Movies Steel Magnolia is one of my favorite movies. I love to watch An Affair to remember with Debra Kerr and Gary Grant. I really enjoy comedy and good stories.

TV I really enjoy Everyone loves Raymond and I love watching Dancing with the Stars. I enjoy comedy and some of the CSI shows are really interesting. The Biography Channel really gives you a great insite into the lives of the stars.

Books I really have never had time to read because I always worked but would love to read Harlequin when I was younger and love craft books and always pick up some ideas.

Likes I love food and being with my friends. I love people who do not take life so serious. I love my family the best.

Dislikes I dislike when I am miss understood and I am only trying to help someone and they take it the wrong way.I dislike excersise but LOVE dancing.

Vices I eat too much, I talk too much, I laugh too much but HEY I don't think I can change after all these years haahahahah

Virtues I am a hard worker, I am a honest and compassionate person and am always ready to listen and help.

Family I have been blessed with 2 of the greatest kids. My daughter Anna who is 39 has given me 4 glorious grandchildren and my son Ross who is 31 has turned out to become the most wonderful man, husband and son and I always tell him that he makes me look good as a mother. I am also bless to still have my parents who are almost 80 years old and still very active and proud Italians. I have 2 twin brothers and another brother. I am the oldest.

Open House was Awesome!!!!

Wow, what a beautiful day for a drive today and a great day for my Open House. I had red hat sisters visit from all over. I had the pleasure of having ladies from all over drop in and it was a fun day of sharing stories and laughter. I am having another open house next Sunday November 29,2009 here in Oshawa from 11:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. Please email me for more information.
