I spend the winter months in Largo, Florida and I am the QM of my Floridian chapter. We chose to keep our chapter small with only 13 members and this has worked very well for us.  We are very active and love dressing up for all our gatherings.  We enjoy gambling cruises, the theater, fine dining and late afternon teas.  We are thinking about a cruise for the winter 08/09.

I am also a member of two Toronto area chapters in Ontario, Canada which are very different from each other. One is laid back, the other very outgoing. I am fortunate to have other QM's as friends and look forward to attending their functions as well.

I get to enjoy all the benefits of a full year in hatting both in the U.S. and Canada.

I thoroughly enjoy participating in all our gatherings, wearing our colors and all the bling and feathers possible. I have a large collection of hats and look forward to seeking new hats around the globe.  I have started making hatpins in conjunction with my love of hats.
