Interests
I love to be out side just setting and doing another, or gardening, or reading, I love spending time with my granddaughter Amelia. She is just the greatest!
I also have a garden I tend to every year, I love fresh veggies. But sometimes it's like a full time job.
Hobbies
I love to Scrap Book, I do Creative Memory's scrap booking once a month. And I can get a lot done in 6 hours too; I do this with my youngest daughter Liz. I also do card making with Stampin Up, it's been a lot of fun too. I like doing different types of crafts. I also sew, knitt, and a few other crafts.
I have even started to do wood work projects, I made two Adirondack Chairs, painted them red and I built a gate for my back deck to keep the dogs off. And I even helped my neighbors 13 year old build a deck at their pool. Check out the pictures.

I hope all of you have had a great summer, it's just gone by so fast, I can't believe I missed the first day of fall, been so busy, and still can't believe it's fall!
I loved my visit to Illinois, I had a wonderful time visiting my dad, that is in between the carpet cleaning, kitchen, bathroom, living room, my room, dads room dinning room everything is clean for another year. It's my once a year deep cleaning and it's a job but it's my dad!
I did get to spend a few nights with my mother in law, we had a great visit. I saw Mary and Char friends I met about 4 years ago on My Space it's fun to see them every year. I also got to spend a couple days with one of my oldest friends Sharon and Pastor West we have known each other since 1975. It's good to see everyone I can, but It's also good to be home, 2 weeks is a long time to be gone. On the 11th of September Bill and I went to Suches, GA with my friend Kathy and her hubby for a week. We stayed on the Tacowa River this time, it's Jimmy's Aunts house.The fish were biting for the guy's, so we had 2 fish fry's and it was great trout. I spent time relaxing with a book, we watched movie, and Kathy and I made card we had a great time. Amelia started school the week I left for Il, she started 4 year old pre school and she loves it, I really miss her when I was gone. The week we got back from Suches she was on fall break so she came and spent the week with us we had a good time.
I picked up a small white cat someone dumped off out in the country it looks to be about 9 months old, it has one blue eye and one green eye Ameila named him Kasper, so now I have five cats. We had our September meeting of the Red Hatters we went to dinner, planned the rest of our year events and we are now 5 years old! This month we will be meeting for brunch at Red Top Mt Lodge and then go for a nature walk, I can't wait.

My eye appointment went great, I need to go back in a year to get rechecked, but for now I just have a freckle on my eye and it has no signs of being a tumor.

Hello Countess of Country....love the name! Had a great time over the weekend at the Funvention. How can one not have fun with your with a bunch of ladies with red or pink hats on?? LOL. Love this society so much!

Hey Deb, forgot to tell you that I just went to a Creative Memories crop Fri & yesterday and ONLY took 2 rolling cases this time! I'll cut down little by little. They were both overflowing and hard to zip. I may still have 2 next time, but hopefully easier to zip up! LOL take care
