Welcome to YOU!! I start every day, by having a quiet time with my Lord. Sometimes, it's with the daily devotion that comes into my Inbox. Sometimes, it's through reading my "Daily Bread". Sometimes, it's through my women's "Devotional Bible". Whatever means I use.. depending where I am.. it doesn't matter. What is important, is.. that I start the day off with communication with my Lord Jesus. Please join me! I'd love to share some of these Bible verses, and daily readings with you. And I would like you to share yours with all of us who are involved in this group. Where two or more are gathered in His name, there shall He be. Welcome!

    ~ A Month of Positive Thoughts ~

    (From Our Daily Bread)

    March

01 - For the Christian, the dark sorrows of earth
will one day be changed into the bright songs
              of heaven.

02 - True community is not organized but exercised.

03 - A complaining Christian is a contradiction in terms.

04 - Revenge restrained is a victory gained.

05 - Jumping to wrong conclusions is one of the
              greatest of all dangers.

06 - Nature is but a name for an effect
             whose cause is God.

07 - Drop your nets and follow Jesus.

08 - It's not what you do but
who you are that's most important.

09 - Those who wait on the Lord
               shall renew their strength.
              --Isaiah 40:31

10 - We always have enough when God is our supply.

11 - No one is beyond the reach of God's grace.

12 - No one is hopeless whose hope is God.

13 - There are no degrees of honesty.

14 - When we put our problems in God's hands,
He puts His peace in our hearts

15 - God has work for all His children,
               regardless of age or ability.

    16 - The nail-pierced hands of Jesus,
reveal the love-filled heart of God.

17 - What matters to Jesus is what's on the inside.

18 - The cross reveals God's heart for the lost.

19 - Nothing speaks more clearly of God's love
              than the cross.

20 - We learn the lesson of trust in the school of trial.

21 - Our lives matter because God loves us.

22 - All creation is an outstretched finger pointing
              toward God.

23 - Christ's resurrection is the bud of promise --
our resurrection is the flower of fulfillment!

24 - Because Jesus bore the cross for us,
we should be willing to take it up for Him.

25 - The resurrection is a fact of history
that demands a response of faith.

26 - One look to Calvary can dispel your doubts.

27 - The infinite God cannot be measured by finite man.

    (From Our Daily Bread)

    February

    01 - Dare to be different -
            for the Father's Sake

02 - Living for God's approval is better
            than living for man's applause.

03 - We have nothing to fear,
             because God is in control.

    04 - Confession is agreeing
            with God about our sin.

    05 - Our sin is great -
            God's grace is greater.

    06 - You don't need to know where you're
going if you know the One who does.

07 - The purpose of prayer is not to get what
we want, but to become what God wants.

08 - God wants you to water the seed
            He's planted in your heart.

09 - To know Jesus is to love Jesus.

    10 - To return good for good is natural;

can help us change for the better.

    12 - Marriage thrives in a climate
            of love and respect.

is the death of His saints. (Psalm116: 15)

16 - The just shall live by faith -
            not by feeling.

17 - Praise flows freely from
            the choir of the redeemed.

18 - Suffering can teach us
what we can't learn in any other way.

    19 - Courage will follow
            when faith takes the lead.

    20 - Warnings are an expression of love;
threats are an expression of control.

21 - For time and eternity,
           Jesus is all we need.

22 - You can rest in the arms of Jesus -
            He'll never let you down.

    23 - A godly life is a fragrance
            that draws others to Christ.

    24 - Circumstances aren't the barometer of
God's love and goodness - the cross is.

25 - Kindness is one gift anyone can give.

    26 - Making restitution reveals
            genuine repentance.

27 - Only Jesus, the Living Water,
            satisfies the thirsty soul.

28 - To insult the creature is to insult the Creator.

29 - Jesus is the only faultless Friend you'll find.
